Umuntu urwaye diyabete ashobora kurya imbuto, ariko zimwe na zimwe ziba zifite isukari iri ku rwego rwo hejuru,bityo kuzirya bikaba byakwangiza ubuzima bw’umurwayi wa Diyabete.

1.Inanasi(Pineaple)

1.Pome(Apples)
